bkt1 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Platform Use

To register and maintain an account with bkt1, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and promptly update it if it changes.
• You must not hold any other active or previously suspended bkt1 account. Only one account per individual is permitted under any circumstances.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party in relation to the use of bkt1 services.

bkt1 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a suspicious account activity report. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bkt1 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. bkt1 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify bkt1 support without delay.

All activity carried out through your bkt1 account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, is your sole responsibility. bkt1 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials. bkt1 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and session monitoring, but you remain responsible for securing your own device and connection.

bkt1 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players. All deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are processed in real time where the payment method supports instant transfers.

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are supported for instant deposits with no platform fee applied.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Processing times and any issuer-side fees are subject to your card provider's terms and are outside bkt1's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where technically possible.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. bkt1 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending documentation submission.
• Any active bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be processed against a balance that includes bonus funds.
• bkt1 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above a specified threshold value, which may extend processing time.

bkt1 offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made available. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the bonus-specific terms including any applicable wagering requirement. The following general principles apply to all bkt1 bonus offers unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds and are separate from real-money balances until wagering requirements are met. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the rollover condition has been satisfied in full.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer only once. Attempting to claim the same bonus offer multiple times through duplicate accounts or via other means constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• bkt1 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of stolen payment credentials or the exploitation of software vulnerabilities, will be voided and the associated account suspended.

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool to interact with the bkt1 platform in a way not intended for human users, including automated betting systems that exploit platform latency.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, or otherwise coordinate play in a manner that disadvantages other participants or the platform.
• Opening or using multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or work around a self-exclusion period already in effect.
• Using the platform in connection with any criminal activity including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities. bkt1 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing account use, including misrepresenting your age or identity.

bkt1 provides every registered player with access to responsible gaming tools designed to support healthy play habits. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. All limit requests are processed promptly. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account — doing so is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of the new account.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct clauses, age restriction rules, or multiple account prohibition.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal offence.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by bkt1 following a KYC request.
